It’s always so much fun to experience the seasonal fashion presentations at AmericasMart Atlanta. It is a great opportunity to see the latest in fashion and style as well as interact with some of the regions best vendors/buyers.

The Spring/Summer 2020 fashion show included looks and fashions that were familiar but yet new and exciting. From the 80’s influences of metallics fabrics to huge pops of color schemes highlighting neon colors. Ruffles, layers and pleats took center stage in free-flowing maxi dresses and skirts. The 80’s influenced puff sleeves and large shoulders served as dramatic combinations to wide pant legs.

I couldn’t take my eyes off the beautiful, dainty clear sandal shoes with skinny heels and ankle straps. Sequin Iridescent pastels, paisleys, floral and gingham prints will be all the craze this summer. This summer will be all about the short, of every type in fun fabrics like lace and wet-look pleather
Topping off the looks were metallic clutch bags, small pastel handbags, and neutral crossbody bags.

What we did not see on the runway from previous seasons were animal prints, head-to-toe denim nor a load of flat shoes.
